hold down arrow with 0 (zero key) for 4 sends until light blinks then try to point remote at the box and see if you go up and down on recovery screen...

Are you in direct line of sight?In IR mode you have to point directly at device.

Yes the light is red. And when I try to pair it, it blinks for bit, then stops. But I don't know if it's successful because i don't have a screen...

when you press any key on remote do you see light blink on remote control? take out batteries and put them again or swap if you have new set...

Mine says reset on the button

just hold power button while box booting up. button located side of the box.

How do i do this ?? There is a small black button on the side, like a power button ?? Is this a reset ? Do I hold it in ? Just click it ??

Did unplug for over 2 hrs....didn't help. Just tried to re-pair the remote...didn't help. D-pad ??

Funny, sometimes when problems arise, Unplugging the stb will reset things again, just as if there was a Power Failure...!!?

before reset try to pair remote control again or reset remote control then try. hold ok and home button for 4 seconds until you see light blinking....

I can't get back to any of the previous screens. Can't do a factory reset because I can't get to the setup icon. The setup seemed to go smoothly...

Maybee Start all over again and also check the Main Site, see if the info there is the same...!!? Check this Again :...
